Returns:

Here at The Silk Scrunchie, we understand that sometimes your order isn't quite what you expected. That's why we offer a 30-day refund policy. This means that you are able to refund your product within 30-days of the purchase date. If it has been more than 30 days, unfortunately you won't be able to return your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred to return the item.
